Reposse Attic Helm

A brass Attic helm copied from portions of an original helmet found in a Thracian context. Decorated with reposse and engraved griffens on the skull and floral motif on the forehead. The nasal has a raised border that smoothly transforms into the eyebrows.

The hinged cheek plates are carefully sprung so that they will stay in the upturned position when desired.
