Based on the sword XXa.1 in Oakeshotts Records of the medieval sword.
Solid hexagonal section blade from 6mm stock, With 3 fullers along the length of the ricasso, the central fuller extending further down the blade.
Straight crossguard and scent stopper pommel. Grip is timber, wrapped with cord. Then risers have been added before the leather outer.
Blade length: 34 inches. Weight: 1360g. Balance point: 3, 3/4 inches
