A reproduction of a bronze Chalcidian helmet believed to be from the 5th -4th C B.C. Unlike the earlier Corinthian type of helm, the Chalcidian type has a more open face and cut aways for the ears allowing greater visibility and hearing.
It is finished with simple reposse eyebrows and a soldered on border around the entire bottom edge of the helm.
