Description A reproduction of the elaborately carved Strycsitten housed in the Germanisches Nationalmuseum in Nuremburg. Ours is made of white pine, and constructed using the same techniques as the original. The chest backrest can be flipped from one side to the other. These sort of seats are depicted in artwork of the late 15th and early 16th centuries.
