A reproduction of the elaborately carved Strycsitten housed in the Germanisches Nationalmuseum in Nuremburg. Ours is made of white pine, and constructed using the same techniques as the original. The chest backrest can be flipped from one side to the other. These sort of seats are depicted in artwork of the late 15th and early 16th centuries.

Forged welded iron lock components and key for a viking chest based on one of the oseberg chests. The lock mechanism has a double spring and slide making it particulary difficult to get into without the correct key. The forged iron nails that fix the lock plate to the chest have tinned heads. The three hasps are composed of twisted bar forged welded together. Lock mechanism and spring, 2 keys, lock plate, 3 hasps and 14 tinned nails
