Description This spear head completely forged from a single piece of spring steel is of the convex ( or egg ) style Rapin Type II. From the end of the early La Tene through to the Middle La Tene period, 290 B.C. to 190 B.C. This spear head based on a specific example from the sanctuary of Gournay-sur-Aronde in Northern France.

Total Length: 268mm. Width at widest point: 80mm. Medial rib: 14mm thick at base of the blade. Weight: 310g.
