Description Closely copied from surviving examples in the National archaeological museum Athens, the dimensions of this Spear Head and Butt spike are to within 1mm of the originals and the weights as close as possible. Fabricated brass buttspike with octagonal section socket and square body. This example was finished to within 2 grams of the original at 458g. They can be manufactured with a weight from as little as 300 grams and up. The hand forged, spring steel, spear head has a solid tapering medial rib and a thin 1mm blade to each side. The socket is hollow almost to the blade same as the originals to reduce weight. Spear Head $355 Butt spike $ 307
